Strengths

Determination- Along with nursing, I have a BS in


Psychology. Nursing school has given me this quality and
will continue to apply my strengths in the nursing field
Team Player- communicate effectively, works well with
other, offer assistance
Compassion- I went into nursing to help and care for
others.
Nursing school has changed my life in terms of building this
strength. Just the other day, a woman approached me and
said, I am so thankful and forever grateful for nurses. She
explained that her nurse provided great compassionate care

beginning of the program to now, I have greatly improved my
