Having studied subject course on International Human Rights during this semester, I am
convinced that you all have understood the meaning of human rights in your life. Moreover,
you have also comprehended with various issues, problems, and tragedies of human rights as
well as their relation with the state obligations to respect, protect, and to facilitate its citizens
related to human rights.
Your main task is to write a short and critical essay related to analyzing a case study of
human trafficking in the country that has been assigned to your group. Your tasks are:
1.
Your essay must be based on academic standard of writing (particularly in terms of
quotation, writing style, etc.)
2. Your essay must include at least 1 (one) book and two (two) scholarly journal articles
(preferably the newest/latest edition).
3. Your essay discusses the chosen topic of a case study, including critical analysis based on
the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Develop your review into an essay of (maximum
4,000 words).

In your essay, you must demonstrate your understanding toward human rights issues
based on my class lectures, and develop your review into an essay style.
2.
Your essay must be based on academic standard of writing (particularly in terms of
quotation, writing style, etc.)
3. You have to support your essay by at least three references. The references can be as
below:
a.
One of references should be a Human Right Charter/convenance/agreements, so you
show your understanding that the main them(s) of the human right that has/have been
addressed in literature on Human Trafficking.
b.
One of the references should be a book. The book must be used to support your
arguments.
c. One journal article must be used to support your arguments. It is preferred to use both
quotations and paraphrases styles of referencing.

Finally, because group assignment is a crucial component of your mark, try to do your best
