Ans: An ant leave a smell on the ground as they move. Other ants follow the smell to find
their way.
4. How a dog can find out that another dog had come into their area?
Ans: A dog can find out by the smell of urine and potty of other dog.
5. How do the mosquitoes know where we are?
Ans: Mosquitoes can find us by
1. the smell of our body,
2. smell of the sole of our feet
3. from the heat of our body.
6. Why do birds move their head very often?
Ans: Birds cannot move their eyes. Their eyes are fixed. So they have to turn their neck to
see an object.
7. Which birds can see four times as far as we can?
Ans: Kites, Eagles, Vultures
