    orEnlightenedOne.ThemainBuddhistbeliefsincludetheFourNobleTruthsandthe
    EightfoldPath.BuddhismgraduallyspreadtootherpartsofAsia.TheFourNobleTruths
    tellsBuddhiststhattheyshouldfollowtheEightfoldPath.TheEightfoldPathrecommends
    thatpeopledevelopthreequalities:wisdom,morality,andmeditationanditdoesnot
    recommendsuffering.
