    According to Section 30 of the Advocates Act of 1961, advocates whose names are entered in the State roll have the right to practice throughout the territories covered by the Act. They are entitled to practice (i) in all courts including the Supreme Court, (ii) before any tribunal or person legally authorized to take evidence, and (iii) before any other authority or person before whom advocates are entitled to practice under law.
