ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

During the course of the visit, it was learnt that Understanding is

one thing and Executing is another. I got the opportunity to visit various
industries namely Dabur, Parle,Varroc Engineering Pvt. Ltd and
Schneider Electric. The visit was very helpful as I got acquainted with
various activities of Management. This study also helped me to judge the
difference between classroom studies and practical reality of
management in an organization. I would like to convey my sincere
thanks to all the organizations and their management for helping me
understand the functioning and taking a keen interest in solving my
every small problem, clearing all my doubts and helping me to think,
behave and act from managers point of view. I wish to place my special
