Aquino; WHEREAS, armed confict has all but ended with the MNLGF, MILF, CPLA, and RPMP-RPA/ABB; WHEREAS, significant headway is being gained with the peace process with the CPP/NPA/NDP; WHEREAS, this body upholds the preservation of peace and order and the importance of improvement in the delivery of basic services In every ‘community.
