presented here are just the tip of the iceberg. New tools are emerging all the time
which can be put to good use by students and teachers alike to enhance learning
potentials and develop the level of technology literacy that students will need in the
21st century. We hope that this presentation will shed some light on the latest
developments in the practical application of technology in ELT.

Technology has become a part and parcel of modern day classroom. Bill Gates once
said Technology is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids working together and
motivating them, the teacher is the most important. This presentation is an
attempt to shed some light on the latest development in the practical application of
technology in ELT . Needless to say ,teachers who embrace the new technologies
and exploit them in teaching will excel in their profession and enhance the existing
good practices of effective language teaching.
