Recalling the UN charter under article .... about the freedom of choice to use
or not to use the nuclear power as the future power,
Reaffirming its strong comitment to represent all member nations interest,
Other Alternative Energy
1. Strongly urges to use the alternative techology if another nuclear crisis happend in
future,
2. Futher recommends to introduce, promote and to use the other natural energy
resources such as wind techology, water or solar technology,

Publication, Research, Development and Sustainability

3. Calls upon nations to have a research and development towards the other energy, in
order to maintain the sustainability of other alternative energy,
4. Inviting major power country to be an ambassador of other alternative energy,
5. Recommends developing countries to gradually change their conventional to energy
usage into other alternative energy, without ruling out the possibility to be open with
the policy of civilian nuclear program

6. Invites major power countries to be involved, to assist, and to have corporation with
developing countries under such agreements, on form of financial, scientists,
technology exchanges and improving educations and researches,
7. Further invites private investor or industries to invest, promote and develop on clean
energy formiddle andlong term solution,
