Target audience

Age
The age that my trailer is aimed at is people between the
ages of 14- 24. the reason that I have chosen this age
range for my target audience is because of the type of
book and story it is, it is a action romance story and the
main character is about 16 so having that age group will
help to allow people to connect to the character more,
thus want to watch it and then that creates more money
and cash in are pockets.

Gender
The gender of the people who will be watching my final
major projects will mainly be females, this is because the
trailer is for an action romance film and these types of
films typically tend to be suited more towards the females
then the males, this is because men are not to fussed on
romance and prefer other things. My film trailer will be
for the same audiences as for the films City of Bones and
The Hunger Games.

Socio-economic groping,
The socio economic groups that I have chosen to market
my film trailer towards will be the people in the groups
C1, C2, D, E. When I did my first survey this is the
groupings that they picked out, when I then asked them if
I had picked the correct ones in the second survey they all
agreed, this leads me to believe that they are the correct
audience for my film trailer.

Lifestyle
Because of the Socio-economic class on the people that would
watch my trailer I would say that there life style is very busy,
productive. Middle class family's that work hard during the week so
that they can have time at the weekend to have fun. Because of the
age range of my target audience I would say that they would be
either at school 5 days a week, at college, university, have a job or
are at home. They won't really have children of there own because
of there age but with the current way things are moving with
underage pregnancy some may have kids that they look after,
others might look after a family member in need.

Location
Because I am making the film trailer I would state that the
locations that they would be would be in the UK and
Ireland, America, France, and a few other places near the
UK or places where they speak English because this is not
being translated in any way into another language.
