Plan International invites highly competent, experienced and committed professionals to fill the
following position:

Quality Assurance Officer (1), Based in Makati City


The incumbent will review the compliance of internal control system as to corporate mandates of Plan
International determining the weaknesses and risk area that requires corrective measures. He/she
will conduct Community-Managed Project trainings to staff and partners.
Qualifications:
Graduate of university degree in Accounting or Business Administration with Professional licensure
(Certified Public Accountant) is preferred. Must have trainings in auditing standards and techniques
and risk-based audit. Must have 3 years of working experiences in Internal / External Auditing or
Plan Finance and Administrative Supervision. Experience working with INGO an advantage.

Country Program Advisor for Health (1), Based in Makati City


The incumbent provides timely and on-going support to ensure technical soundness of health-related
projects or components of programmes at program unit and area levels. He/She represents Plan in
inter-agency health networks and builds relationship with government and non-government health
and related institutions at international, national and sub-national levels for effective sharing of
learnings and complementation of technical and financial resources.
Qualifications:
Graduate of university degree in medicine, nursing or any related field. Must have trainings in rightsbased approach to development, Program/project management, Training Design & Management,
Facilitation, UNCRC, CO/CD, advocacy, gender, DRR, and M&E. Must have at least 5 years of
experience in development work in a senior technical capacity on health or related field.

Recruitment Specialist (1), Based in Makati City


The incumbent will handle and maintain the recruitment and selection processes and secure that it is
conducted accordingly. He/she will provide quality HR services.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human resource management/or any related course to
behavioural science. Must have undergone trainings in Recruitment and Human Resource Records
Management. Must have a know-how on Psychometrics. Minimum of at least 3-4 years of experience
in doing human resource roles; with direct experience in recruitment strategy planning and selection.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Specialist (1), Based in Tacloban,


Leyte
The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of technical support to users, manage and
administer local ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software and corporate systems under the
direction of the PU/Area Manager and the ICT Manager.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelors degree preferably in computer science, information technology or related field,
or equivalent combination of education. Must have at least 2 years of actual experience sufficient to
successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed. Must have proven ability and experience
in setting up LANs and telecommunication networks, solid foundation in managing and supporting
network equipments (i.e., routers), Microsoft Operating Systems including Active Directory, SQL
servers, Email services and other Microsoft-based applications. Must have knowledge and
experience in managing and implementing information systems and providing support to users.

Community Development Facilitator (1), Based in Occidental Mindoro


Plan International has a five-year grant-funded project entitled, Community Sponsorship
for Indigenous and Isolated Children Project, which aims to improve access of
Mangyans to basic services covering education, health, water and sanitation towards
increasing recognition of their rights.
The incumbent will capacitate the children, community stakeholders and partners in ten IP areas in
Occidental Mindoro by facilitating design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of
programs and projects that focus on health, education, participation and protection of Mangyan
children and adults. He/she adheres to corporate and donor standards and requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelors degree in Education, Social Work, Community Development, Behavioral
Sciences or other related courses complemented by one year experience in community development
work is a must. He/she must be trained in Community Organizing/ Community Development;
Program/ Project Management; Participatory Rapid/ Rural Appraisal. He/she should have two years
experience in actual community organising and development; and hands-on experience in
participatory approaches including children. Experience in working with Mangyans is an advantage.

Finance Staff (1), Based in Northern Samar


The incumbent will provide financial and operational support in budget monitoring, cash
disbursement, and financial records keeping ensuring smooth implementation of projects and
programs in the area of coverage.
Qualifications:
Graduate of University degree in Accounting or Business Administration or other related course is
required. Must have training in Computer operations and Financial Management. Must have at least 3
years of solid exposure in the areas of accounting or business administration.
