Stress V1 ACT Extension

Extension:
The extension will allow for a result the be setup as a Temperature Depenedent
Allowable Stress. Results will be plotted as a Safety Factor.
User input for the library:
1. User needs to define the Temperature Dependent Allowable Stress Table.

Legend Settings are not adjusted
