I am pleased to be writing on behalf of Mrs. Miranda Ludolph. Miranda is currently serving as an intern in my classroom at Central Junior High School, teaching Computer Applications I, II,and III, and Career Development. Miranda has assumed the full role of a teacher in my classroom. Miranda is proactive with parental contact and has participated in professional development opportunities through our school. She attends extracurricular activities outside of the normal school day, supporting our students. Miranda does a fantastic job of keeping lessons interactive and engaging students. She self reflects on her lessons and strives to meet the needs of each student in the classroom. Miranda does a great job of keeping records in the classroom. Her prompt records allow students to always know their standing in the class. Mrs. Ludolph works morning and afternoon tutoring as well as Primetime one time a week to give students who are behind the extra time and attention needed to be successful in her class. Miranda is consistent, fair and immediate to her response to classroom disruptions. Miranda has worked closely with our Junior Achievement Program and FBLA. She has helped with Laundry Love fundraiser and FBLA Spring Leadership Conference. She collaborates with business leaders in the community to teach lessons in Career Development through the Junior Achievement Program. Miranda has been a pleasure to work with and developed into a terrific teacher throughout her internship.
