Purpose: to clarify to non members and interested parties the nature of the RMAHRMM organization.
Here we address the problem of confusion by trying to directly state what the NPO is trying to gain in its service. We
decided to say:
-We seek to establish streamlined and effective healthcare resource management system and by
networking with other industry leaders we can achieve a better healthcare environment for all. Currently the
healthcare industry is facing a lot of changes and it is hard to know how these changes will impact each part of
the industry.

By stating the overall goal of the organization of a better healthcare environment, we are trying to connect with
everyone currently interested in the healthcare field. The mention of the changes in health care is to try to help people
see the need for the organization.
-The function of our organization is to help medical professionals have access to the supplies they need to
provide excellent medical care

Documents: Membership
Purpose of the writing: to allow interested parties to see the benefits of
membership. It also serves to target select audiences such as those already
involved in a healthcare career (because they are the most likely to join).
Whether youre an entry level employee just starting your career and looking for contacts and skills to
help you move up the ladder to a better position; or youre a CEO of your own supply industry looking to prepare
for the future by finding new clients, being a member of RM-AHRMM will give you the opportunities you need to
be more successful.

Purpose: To provide communication between leadership of the NPO and
members, as well as to inform members of previous meeting information.
This was to serve as a template for future newsletters to be issued after each
quarterly meeting held by our NPO. We included sections for summary of the
last meeting, goals of the organization, and a testimonials page.
Brent Johnson is the CPO of Intermountain Healthcare. He has over 30 years of experience developing supply chain strategies
for major companies and has created an industry "Top 25 Gartner" Supply Chain Organization that has achieved over $200
million savings.
