Out of town owners can also just fill and scan / mail the form & Deed of Apartment to Facilities.tps@emaarmgf.com and cc us at contact@thepalmsprings.in (for follow-up) . The fees can be bank transferred to the PSCA account to which the Electricity Bills & CAM bills are paid
