downforthe7weekperiod.Heestablishedagoodrapportwithhiscooperatingteacher,withhisstudents,and
withtherestofthefaculty.Onmylastvisit,afirstgradeclassroomteacherstoppedmeinthehalland
commentedonhowwellhehaddoneandhowtheyhatedtoseehimleave.Heshowedalotofcreativitywith
planninglessons,andwasthoroughinhispreparation.Heassumedresponsibilityformuchoftheplanning,and
wascomfortablewithsuggestions,adaptations,orcriticism.Heworkedtogetthemostfromtheexperienceandto
