[ORGANIZATINAL PLAN]

Organizational Structural Framework:

This strategy framework will help the people in supporting them and intact them with the
mission and operative goals of the organization. For this purpose management have to chose a
strategy design for the business which can help them to achieve its desired goals in the
competitive market. There are some key essentials for organizational structure which are as
follows:

Work Specialization:
At Dubai Dreams Traveler, the degree of specialization has kept at the lowest in order to promote
the information and communication flow. It will help the workers to find greater chances and
scope in work. Work specialization is like:
The job has been broken in many steps.
Each step is done by an individual.
This will make the organization to use the skills of different people at one place.

Chain of Command:
As Dubai Dreams Traveler, is going to use the Functional structure that is why the information
moves vertically. Employees in a functional structure have one boss and different departmental
heads are there so the information flows in a proper hierarchy manner.

Functional Structure:
The functional structure with horizontal linkages is being followed by the organization. It is
chosen by the organization when in depth expertise and knowledge is critical to get. Efficiency is
all that matters in the organization under this structure. As Dubai Dreams Travelers are devoted
to work with efficiency and it is also a small scale organization which will work initially in just
Dubai, so this structure will be suitable for the organization to start the business (Daft, 2010).
