TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE

1. DEFINITION OF THE PARTIES. On the purposes of the present general conditions,

Client has to be meant anyone who addresses to "Beo_Project Tours" in order to make use
of its services.
2. DEFINITION OF THE SERVICES. "Beo_Project Tours" provides services of private and
scheduled tours about contemporary art, architecture and culture in Belgrade.
2.a. the private tours is a guided tour, of two or three hours and half, specifically dedicated to
the contemporary art, architecture, art galleries and museums or the alternative Belgrade art
scene, organized on request and with the modalities of date, languages and duration chosen
by the Client.
2.b. the scheduled tour is a guided visit, of two hours or three hours and half, with an
itinerary arranged by "Beo_Project Tours", which different Clients can join. The execution of
the scheduled tour is subordinated to the attendance of at least ten people. "Beo_Project
Tours" will confirm to the Client the execution of the tour by e-mail, within the second day
before the tour day. In case of cancellation of the tour because the minimum number of
participants has not been achieved, point 6.a. will be applied.
3. MODALITY OF ACCESS TO THE SERVICES. In order to access to the services
provided by "Beo_Project Tours", the Client has to make a reservation at least 5 (five) days
before the day of the chosen tour for the private and scheduled tours. Short-run reservations
must be specifically agreed directly with "Beo_Project Tours" team or by e-mail or by
telephone. The reservation will be valid just at the moment of the payment of the agreed
amount made by the Client, following the modalities indicated in point 5.
4. MODALITIES OF PAYMENT. For the private tours and scheduled tours the payment has
to be done to "Beo_Project Tours" at least 5 days before the chosen tour, in the modalities
agreed during the reservation.
Any kind of delayed payment will allow "Beo_Project Tours" not to consider valid the tour
reservation.
5. CANCELLATION. In case the Client cancel the tour reservation until two days before the
guided tour date, any fine is applied. In case the cancellation made by the Client occurs
during the day before or the same day of the agreed guided tour, a fine of 50 % on the entire
agreed price is applied.
5.a. In case the cancellation is made by "Beo_Project Tours", regarding the tour considered
in point 2.a., 2.b. "Beo_Project Tours" will pay back the total amount paid by the Client,
within the 5th day after the tour cancellation date.
6. EXCLUSION OF RESPONSABILTY.
"Beo_Project Tours" doesnt provide any insurance for the Clients. "Beo_Project Tours" is
not responsible for any eventual damage, of any kind, caused to the Client during the
development of the tour. Its responsibility of the Client to make certain the validity of any
personal insurance.
7. APPLICABILITY. The present conditions are applied to all "Beo_Project Tours" services,
always and everywhere. No exception to the present general conditions is considered valid,
excepted the case "Beo_Project Tours" and the Client previously agreed in a different way.
