Dear Mr. Alecu,

My husband and I recently got married and stayed at Novotel Hotel in Bucharest, on our way back
from our honeymoon. In the past, we had good experiences regarding Novotel Hotels, but this time
we had a very bad experience.
Firstly, when we got to our room, we noticed that the TV was not properly functioning, and we only
had acces to two channels. We called the staff immediately, but they acted very rude and I may
quote what they replied: "Maybe later, when we will have more time.". Actually nobody ever came
to solve this disturbing issue, so we were not offered a proper TV. Secondly, the Internet connection
was also really bad; we couldnt go online more than 5 minutes. We have chosen your hotel because
of the features presented on your website, but we couldnt enjoy much of them.
Thirdly, we were very disappointed regarding the dinner service. We wanted to enjoy a lovely meal
at the hotels restaurant, but the steak wasnt properly cooked and the Chinese rice was almost cold.
Furthermore, there were no glasses for the drinks, and we havent received any bread. Our magic
moment got destoyed by the worst dinner we have ever had.
I am writing you this letter, Mr. Alecu, to let you know about our bad experience that we lived
during our stay at Novotel Hotel in Bucharest, and I am giving you a chance to provide us a refund.
