1. What is the allowable ratio for staff to children and maximum group size for an after school program?
For 4-5 years old, the ratio is 1 staff to 13 children for a maximum group size of 24.
For 5-6 years old, the ratio is 1 staff to 17 children for a maximum group size of 34.
For 6 years old and up, the ratio is 1 staff to 18 children for a maximum group size of 36.
