Each student must have a bean bag for

practice.
Give Students two or three activities so you
have time to move and help individuals.
This is an excellent activity for teaching
students to track the bean bag by keeping
their eyes focused on it. Remind them not to
look away while tossing and catching.
Students should be encouraged to see how
long they can balance the bean bag.
Movements should be controlled with as little
bounce as possible.
These are body controlled activities. Students
must be able to concentrate on moving
slowly and keeping the bean bag in place.
Use the challenge to motivate students.
These activities will be exciting and should be
integrated throughout the lesson.
