LANGUAGE SCHOOL

1. INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to assess student satisfaction of Goya Language School,
and to make some suggestions for improvements.
2. LOCATION & ACCESS
Goya Language School is located in the city centre of Madrid, between Fuencarral
and Hortaleza Streets. It is easily accessible by public transport, since Tribunal
underground station (Lines 1 and 10) is so close to the school, also you could
choose any bus that passes through Gran Via Street. The access by private
transport is not so good due to the fact that you must pay to park your car.
3. CLASSES
In general students rate the teachers very highly. The level demanded is harder
than at other schools, usually the books used are above the level of certification
obtained. Goya Language School is a grate place to learn, however you can only
study until Level B2, it would be necessary to teach to higher levels as it is the only
goverment option.
4. AVAILABILITY & COST
It is not easy to get a place in this school, every year there are many people who
want to join it, so the goverment of Madrid establishes a point system. Definitelly,
studying in the public system is cheaper than at private schools, although in recent
years the rates have gone up.
5. RECOMMENDATION
Overall, the majority of students are extremely positive about the school. Most
importantly it has excellent teaching staff. This option to study languages offers
good value for money.
