Sub: Letter of appointment for the position on Sr HR Executive cum Admission Co-ordinator
Dear Payal,
This has reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with Mr Anuj Bhargava for
the above captioned placement in our organization.
We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the above said position of and you will be
joining the premises on the following terms and conditions.
1. Your designation will be Sr HR Executive cum Admission Co-ordinate. You should report to the duty
on 1st October 2013.
2. You will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs.16000/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand only).
3. Timings of attending the office will be 10.00am-6.00 pm and one leave every week will be provided
in accordance to the convenience of the organization or prior approval by the employee.
a. Maximum reposting time will remain 10.15am after which it will be recorded as late.
b. 3 late will amounts to deduction of salary equals to 1day.
c. Reporting after 11.30 will be considered as half day and deduction will in accordance.
4. Roles and responsibilities:
a. Candidate recruitment and selection with various hiring companies and business
development to find such hiring companies,
b. Lead generation, management and materialization for various courses conducted by
Crimson Group of Professional Studies & Research,
c. Reporting directly to the concerned head of the department on daily/weekly basis as
directed,
d. Looking after day to day official tasks within the apparent authority.
5. Performance achievements (month wise):
a. Revenue Generation through admissions (Rs 7.5 lacs)
and
b. Revenue Generation through HR consultancy services (Rs 0.75 lacs)
6. You are expected to work within the scope of authorities provided and if found going outside, the
company has the right to terminate the course of service any time.
7. A contract will be signed by the employer and the employee mentioning the service bond of One
year (1 year) before which the employee cant quit.
8. After the completion of prescribed one year, a notice of 2 months needs to be provided before
quitting.
