your road map needs more detail. YOu need to demonstrate you are ready to argue this
point and have the research to put this argument together. T his is a little vague and too
hypothetical at present

overall a well-written and innovative piece here. You have a well-thought out angle though it
could be better executed with more research. You could perhaps read up on constuctivist
theory on International Institutions f or your major essay as you seem to be f ollowing their
line of thought. A f ew shortcomings along the way though - your road map is quite
hypothetical and this would benef it f rom a better depth of knowledge on more academic
positions on the issue. Still, a well-above average paper.
