HOME VISIT - ROLE PLAY
Intervention with the mother and early
intervention professional.
Name of the child : Maria
Age: 11 months; Down Syndrome
Familys main concern: She doesnt sit without
support.
Goal: Maria will participate in leisure, staying in
a sitting position. We know Maria can accomplish
this, while the remaining 20min / 2 x / day for 2
weeks.
