1.2 Fabrication
Bar bending schedules will be prepared by the Engineer,Cutting and bending are done
at bending yard, under the inspection of Engineer. Following facilities available at
yard

Bar cutters

Bar benders
iii.
Loading and unloading by crane (Stationary)
1.3 Transportation and Store
Transport 50% of Reinforcement from yard to site is done usingLorries and stored the
Reinforcement on 4x4 with covered by canopy, other 50% of reinforcement is kept
in the yard.

1.4 Method of fixing

i. The mesh will be kept on the cover blocks.
ii. The mesh will be tied using GI binding wires (Stagger tied).

iii. Side covers will be maintained using cover blocks.
