QUALITY MANAGEMENT HOME ASSIGNMENTS

Instructions
This is a group assignment. The same groups involved in Case presentation will be doing this
assignment. One group need to submit only one script for the whole group (i.e. 12 sets are to be
submitted in total) . Assignments should be handwritten.
Given below are a list of topics on which you have to write notes. For all the topics you have to
write notes consisting of 10 to 12 sentences. You can refer to any resource which is accessible to
you; it may be text books, library, media or internet. You must give figures/charts where ever
required. The assignments should be submitted on the day scheduled for the Case Presentation in
the first week of June 2013.
Students of one group should not copy or discuss the assignments from other groups. My
suggestion would be, let each group divide all the topics among the group members themselves
and let each one write individually on a few topics. After that all the members of individual
groups can sit and discuss the answers within their group and then write the assignments for the
group and submit.
