PROJECT MANAGER:
Positions held: Prep Operator, Extraction Operator, Oil Unloader, Shift
Supervisor and present position as the Project Manager.
Duties include composing, directing and completing capital and expense projects
at the plant level. The purchasing of new equipment through
Oracle Systems. Working closely with contractors to monitor the
work that is being completed to assure deadlines are met in a safe
and timely manner. Assist the Plant Superintendent as necessary to
troubleshoot plant operational problems and look for ways to
improve overall plant efficiencies. Other responsibilities include
covering the positions of Plant Superintendent, Maintenance
Superintendent, 5th Shift Supervisor and Elevator
Shipping/Receiving Superintendent in their absences. Assist the
Plant Superintendents as necessary to supervise Soy Operations on
a daily bases and assume other responsibilities as they are
assigned.
