At Acwapipe we have 5 bulk tanks for Resin. 2 for

Ortho Resin, 2 for Iso Resin and 1 for VE resins
In order to correctly and safely collect resin from these
we need to follow this checklist.

KNOW YOUR TANK

PREPARE STORAGE VESSELS:

Shift the storage tanks/drums under the filling valve.

Close the Valves

Close the valves of the unrelated tanks and
their routes

Maintenance Engineer- Production Department

Open the Valves

Open the valves of the tank and its route which will give
the resin

Maintenance Engineer- Production Department

Turn on the pump:

Open the valve of the diaphragm pump and turn on the
air for the diaphragm pump to begin pumping the resin
into the vessel.

Turn off the Pump:

After filling the vessel, be ready to close the airline to
stop the diaphragm pump

Maintenance Engineer- Production Department

Close the valve:

Close the valves from the diaphragm pump and
unloading route of the tank from which resin was
removed.

Maintenance Engineer- Production Department

Remove the vessel:

After making sure it is safe, transport the tank/drums to
the required location.
