Implementation strategies:
Morning assembly:
The social worker realized that the average of absentees in

school is rises.
She came to us (I, and my peers) asked us to create a
morning assembly to avoided this problem and decrease the
average of absentees.
We decided to make an assembly biased on students work,
so we had made some competition between students like:
drawing competition, and the best comment
In the next day, we were prepared the poster for the
competition and select a date to present our morning
assembly.
After 2 days I and my peers select the winners and let the
girls to present the morning assembly.
Story telling:
My peer reserved a phone call from Zahra Al- Mdaan School
to have volunteers to read a story for the girls because they
have a reading week.
She phoned us and asked us if we would like to cooperate
with this week.
In the next day we sent her our agreement to attend this
week and present a story for the kids
On Monday, we were in the school and we did a reading
aloud for a students there it was a good experience with
the children out of our duties.
Work shop:
I, my peers, and my MST were attended grade 8
presentation; in that day we realized that they did not
know how to make a PPT (power point) presentation.

After this period we decide to make a work shop in next day

for them to improve the understanding for how could a
students made a useful presentation
Late in same day me and my peers made a games that help
students to develop their thinking and our MST was bought
a cup for the winner group
In the next day, me and my peers prepared the hall, by
putting the activities, distributed the students in different
groups and mixing them, also we prepared the PPT
presentation.
Students were sat at their groups and they were listened for
the teacher who presents the workshop.
We were help her to presents the games and activities that
we did it for them
At last, we gave them a survey to measurer how extend is
their satisfaction, and we got a really good feedback.
