class engineering and construction workers deployed globally from the
Philippines.

Gas projects in the Middle East and Russia working in project management,
skilled and unskilled workers operating in the areas of civil site works including
site preparation, concrete works etc, mechanical and electrical installation,
welding and marine works. We also have workers deployed across the U.S.A.,
U.A.E., Qatar, Kuwait, Malaysia, Maldives, Australia, and Russia. Target areas for
other clients are the Asia-Pacific and European countries.

The proposed strategy is then discussed with the client and an
agreed process commenced
Previously with Leighton Contractors we have also arranged for
secondary interviews to be conducted for engineering
candidates through Leighton Asia in Manila for further
verification,
Agree start dates and mobilisation procedures inclusive of
medicals and immigration processes, and
Finally manage employment payments and re-entry
procedure once assignments are completed.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AGREEMENT

1.Special Power of Attorney/Recruitment Service Agreement
Documents giving Jemstone the authority to represent the principal in hiring workers
here in the Philippines.
These are required by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), to
legalize the recruitment process of Filipino professionals and workers by the principal.
2.Job Order Letter
Letter by the principal addressed to Jemstone that indicates the number of workers
that the principal intends to hire, the job description, salary and all the benefits that they are offering.
3.Master Employment Contract
Acceptable format of the contract to be used for the hired workers containing the
requirements covered by the rules and regulations of the POEA.
4.Business license, registration certificate or equivalent
Documents that will prove the existence of the company and the project certified by
the issuing authority of the employers country.
5.Visa assurance or any equivalent document.
