Back to their Arms

Carding was a prodigal (and the only) son of one of the richest families in
their town. He lavishly spent his familys riches to nonsense stuff even though his
parents warned him that their riches are limited and that they should put it to good
use or give some to the less privileged people of their town. But instead of heeding
his parents request, Carding never listened and continued to spend their riches
excessively. An unfortunate event happened that brought their whole business flat
on the ground. Cardings father, who was in-charge of all operations of their
business, fell into a serious ailment and eventually died. Due to depression, his
mother followed months after. No one to operate the business, it went bankrupt and
succumbed into oblivion. Their properties were foreclosed by the State for unpaid
mortgages. Carding was left out in the cold nowhere to go. He beg for shelter and
food from other people but they became cruel because Carding once belittled them
for their poor living. Carding, who was soaking wet under a hard downpour of rain,
found himself under the shelter of a mausoleum of a rich couple. He fell asleep and
dreamt of his parents. In his dreams, he sincerely begged for forgiveness for the
things he has done in the past. He was so guilty of what he has done and cried a lot
in his dreams. But his parents joyfully came near him and hugged him tightly
saying, Its all right, son. We accept your apology. We love you. But now, you must
continue to live your life. We know it will be hard, but you should get through it. Now
go He then woke up with his cheeks drenched in his tears and with a grin on his
lips. He stood up and he read the coffins nameplates written on it was his parents
names
