Production Diary

Week 1 In the first week of my production I

was focusing on the pre-production side of
things, I was making sure everything was in
place for my filming. The production schedule
I made was not followed entirely, but I did
use the most of my time. So the first half of
the week I was focusing on my shot types
and storyboards this was from the 13th - 16th
and in this time I realised what my production
would look like. The other half of the week
from the 17th to the 20th I was doing my risk
assessments and location recess and all the
pre-production needed legally to complete
the production.
Week 2 This is when I started my filming, I
started filming my dads car stationery on the
drive, just brief shots of the interior and
exterior of the vehicle. And then throughout
the week I went to different locations to get
different shots for my car advertisement. In
the week we did encounter a few minor
issues but we resolved as many as we could
and where happy with the results.
Week 3 Week 3 was all based on editing
and handing our video in. The editing was
fairly simple and nothing serious went wrong,
I could have done a few better things in the
edit but was shortened for time throughout.
