IMPROVEMENT OF INNER RING ROAD (IRRM-1), MULTAN.

CLEARANCE OF SITE FROM GRID #: 14~17, LEVEL-02, JINNAH CHOWK

Dear Sir,
It is to state with great concern that despite our numerous correspondences and meetings
about the acquisition of land between Grid #: 1~12 and Grid #: 13 ~ 17, no action has been taken
so far. We are unable to mobilize our machinery and equipment, particularly between Grids #:
14~17, as the commoners living there are not being paid of their land cost and also have held the
Deed of Stay (copies attached) from the High Court Bench, Multan.
Kindly please pursue the concerned authorities as we want an immediate action and
solution regarding the site acquisition, particularly between Grid #: 14 ~17, so that the smooth
progress of work remains continuous. Failure to such events will result in delay of works and
progress and will be served under the Clause 42.2, Clause 44.1 and Clause 53 of C.O.C.
