This process opened my eyes to the
four distinct views within a school
district. I now view school related
issues through: human resources,
structural, political, and symbolic
frames.
The chapter opened my eyes to the
importance of conflict, and it can be
constructive if done it the right way.
Establishing group norms to hold
group members accountable to the
organization.
This exercise showed me the
importance of shared leadership.
Professional development lead by
staff is the most effective, and
provides clarity to issues that are
relevant to the staff.
