FDP error 116 when upgrading application

(required for SMARTLINK compatibility)

Aged Hardware can suffer from Error 116 when downloading a new application in the module.
To be able to download the application in the module, the checkbox Used Extended Timings for Aged
Hardware must be enabled.
This is available as of version 1.1.1.0 of FDP+.

Using this option dramatically increases download time, so it is advised to turn this option off after
downloading.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It can still occur that whenever the OS is downloaded FDP error 103 does occur.
To solve this issue, the application in the module must at least have run for some time (+/- 1 minute)
before downloading.
In case the application does not start or whenever the application is not present in the module, the
module must have been powered up for some time (+/- 1 minute) before downloading.
