Brian, I had requested follow-up from Detective Wiebusch on 5/15/2015. I never heard anything back from her.
There is no exemption that applies to “open administrative investigations" according to Ct Statutes. I have also
been advised by the Foxwoods Tribal Police that they provided the Stachowiez. report to HPD and HPD had
asked them not to release it to me.
Please respond with either the documents or a denial citing the statute exemptions you are claiming.
Thank you

Chief Foley,
am following up on two FOI requests prior to filing FOI complaints with the State 1, The IAD report for the
ammunition/Crabtree investigation. I think I have been very patient on this, actually waiting several motnhs to
honor the Chief's request for time. The report has been done for several weeks now and I am still waiting for
"Command review"
2. The Stachowitz incident report from Foxwwoods.I have been advised the Tribal Police forwarded a copy to
HPD and is supposed to be with IAD. This should have been an easy request to comply with since HPD has no
{jurisdiction over the casino and no chances of any criminal charges are possible by HPD
1 think Thave been very patient in these matters, but enough time has gone by for HPD to comply with the law
Thank you
