Chapter Campaigns
Campaigns are events we hold that raise money for CHOP.
They can be independent or campaigns in which we partner
with other student organizations on campus.
What campaigns have we held since the last update?
-Waffle Sale: we sold waffles to other students around
campus late at night, we charged $2-$3 for the waffles
and raised a few hundred dollars
-Insomnia Cookies: a local cookie restaurant partnered
with us to raise funds, we received a portion of the
profit for the entire business day
-Chipotle: a Mexican grill restaurant that we
orchestrated a campaign with, due to unforeseen
events, this campaign did not proceed; we potentially
may follow through with this in the future
Strengths: high chapter involvement, profit, good
outreach to our community, opportunity to do
more
Weaknesses: lack of transparency, poor

Introducing staff member Nathan Bond, a
Communication and Philosophy major at
UC! His spirit celebrity is Robert Downey
Jr. If he wrote an autobiography someday,
it would be titled, Bond, Nathan Bond:
The Real 007 and would tell all about his
future adventures helping people around
the world through the Peace Corps and
other nonprofits. I love how GlobeMed
strives to help out others and improve
health around the world. I also think its
great that this movement is driven by
students, it really shows that people want
to help out.
