My expectation of field education is to obtain a great deal of knowledge in the human service arena. I feel that I can effectively use what I will learn to enrich the communities in which I will serve. The social worker role involves making ethical decisions while respecting the heritage and the cultural traditions of another nationality. In my future professional career, case management skills, ethical decision making, cultural awareness and diversity are part of conditions as a social worker.
