I, the undersigned, declare that on this day as an accepted tenant in UNI-HOTEL Halls of
Residence, I have :

read and understood the Residence Regulations, (you can load www.uni-hotel.hu) the
Room Order Instructions and the Labour and Fire Safety Regulations;
received labour safety training and related training materials, which is certified by my
signature;
understood all instructions, my rights and obligations and I oblige myself to keep and
make others keep the rules;
received my entry card, magnetic card, furniture and equipment of the room (bed,
table, curtain, etc.), room inventory with no damage or missing items.

I acknowledge that in case of breaking the rules, I have to bear full financial and disciplinary
responsibility and all damage caused by me must be reimbursed to UNI-HOTEL in 8 days.
Impairing any facilities may be followed by my immediate exclusion from UNI-HOTEL. All
equipment and objects are private properties; their protection is the obligation of all tenants. I
will use all facilities for their original functions and will bear full financial and moral
responsibility.
It is prohibited to open or to make any alterations (interference) in the electric box
above the room door. Any damage caused by interfering with the electric box must be
reimbursed by the tenant(s) of the room.
