About Victor Edozien

Victor Edozien is the founder and managing principal of the Asaba Group, Inc. and a
veteran of the United States Army, 10th Mountain Infantry Division.

For more than a decade, hes been in the private equity business and is the CEO and
president of both SET Enterprises, Inc. and AG Manufacturing.

Since 2004, he has been in the principal investing primarily in manufacturing and
consumer good sectors. He also has more than 15 years of extensive experience in strategic
planning, revenue growth strategy, acquisition strategies, and business turnarounds and
improvements.

Victor has also been successful in his studies. He holds a:

He is in the Wharton Fellows Program at the Wharton School of the University of

Organization, and CEO Connection. He is a board member of a 501(c)(3) organization called
