    meetingwithmeinordertosurveytheentireworldposition.IobtainedHis
    Majesty'spermissiontoleavethecountry.
    IcrossedtheAtlanticOceaninoneofourlatestbattleshipstomeetthePresidentat
    aconvenientplace.Importantconclusionswerereachedonfourmaintopics.
    Firstofall,aneightpointdeclarationofthebroadprinciplesandaimswhichguide
    andgoverntheactionsoftheBritishandUnitedStatesgovernmentsandpeoples...
    Secondly,onmeasurestobetakentohelpRussiatoresistthehideousonslaught
    whichHitlerhasmadeuponher;thirdly...thepolicytobepursuedtowardJapan.
