lifestyle, and lifelong learning will be demonstrated by students.
The districts technology objective is to increase student and staff productivity.

The relevant research that supports the plans outcome can be stated All
technology expansion is enhances teaching and learning. The technology is
used for increase the efficiency and quality of teachers, students, and staff
members work in better way

The connection between the research and plans goal is to embrace the future
and provide engaging learning experiences and resources in a safe and nurturing
environment.
Describe information gathered from site visits, including best practices.
The school technology planning committee members visit other public schools to
gather more applicable technologic tools for staff members. For example, next
year, with the help of Dove schools district central office and superintendent ,
some technologic tools will be purchased for a plot teacher and after positive
feedbacks the rest of teachers who want to use the equipment will get a
workshop to have it.
Also after staff meeting school IT manager gather information about new
technology devices to inform teacher once a month.

The Plan must establish clear goals and realistic strategy for using
telecommunications and information technology to improve education services.

Yes all students have the same right to use the technology currently available.
Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, for using
technology to improve teaching and learning. Describe how these goals align to
the LEA's curricular goals that are supported by other plans. Describe how the
LEA's budget (LCAP) supports these goals, and whether future funding
proposals or partnerships may be needed for successful implementation.
Question & Answer 1: How will technology be used to create more powerful
learning experiences to improve student academic achievement?
As we are in 21st century all Discovery school of Tulsa students should catch up
the todays knowledge with using technology to get more powerful learning
experiences to go college right after high school. But the important part is when
the use of technology is regularly and in case the curricular goals are supported
by technology. It is true that when students make a synthesize from information
they have find out from online and work individually or as team work, bring them
the success.
Question & Answer 2: Are targets for improvement in student achievement being
met?
Since we use technology during and after classes by using specific programs
such as study island, USA test prep, or accelerated reader etc. we can say we
meet our goal for improvement in student achievement.
By the technology it is easy to engage students in the learning process even
outside of the school.
Question & Answer 1: Are administrators able to support teachers with the
integration of technology into daily curriculum?
Actually Discovery School of Tulsa administrators encourage staff members to
use the technology into daily curriculum. Whenever you ask for a technology that
you want to use for your class the administrator will give you full support and they
will do everything to get it or will arrange workshops.
Question & Answer 2: What do teachers and administrators consider as their
needs for professional development?
In my school district if we offer any choice of programming or technology in the
PD day which is generally at the beginning of school years the school
administrator give us a chance to attend as conference style sessions. Also we
are offered to get extra help after PD session to learn more if we want.

and administrators can make informed decisions using data to meet individual
student academic needs?
DST have data analysts to collect and analyze the data for checking students
growth and achievement. There is arranged ,planned meetings with both
administrators and department heads to get feedback and review datas.

Teachers and administrators will be trained during professional
development hours for the newly implemented software and for the new
tools that purchased to enhance student learning.

Question & Answer 1: How will the LEA know whether implementation of this plan
has made a positive impact on classroom, library, and school and LEA
management?
To have an idea whether the implementation of plan has made a positive impact
on classroom is the formal observation by administrators and checking data
about students benchmark tests and state results.
Question & Answer 2: Describe the process to coordinate the individual
evaluation components.
The process to coordinate the individual evaluation component start with tracking
purchased software or technological tools by administrators. After administrators
the testing coordinator and dean of academic will observe the satisfaction of tool
by getting feedback from department heads.
Describe the schedule for evaluating the effect of plan implementation, including
a description of the process and frequency of communicating evaluation results
to tech plan stakeholders.
Question & Answer 1: How often will data be collected and summarized? Who is
responsible?
The dean of academic and testing coordinator work together to collect data in
DST. Students take benchmark tests every two month till state test and the result
are examined with core head departments that they summarize data with
administrator and do want students need to do.
Question & Answer 2: How often will the status of plan implementation be reported
to the LEA superintendent? To the local governing board? To other stakeholders?
The plan review for every three years but each year plan can be change
according to needs.
