Republic of the Philippines OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT _ ——— caw COMMISSION ON HIGHER EDUCATION» "© ayy k MEMORANDUM FROM THE CHAIRPERSON \ oat a 2 To : HEADS OF ALL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTEPUTIONS- oR SUBJECT MASTER OF PUBLIC POLICY AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME, UNIVERSITI BRUNEI DARUSSALAM DATE 04 May 2015 ‘The Commission on Higher Education hereby informs interested parties that the Institute of Policy Studies of Universiti Brunei Darussalam has announced the call for applications for its Master of Public Policy and Management Programme, ‘The MPPM has three specialization tracks: «Islamic Governance and Islamic International Relations + Energy Policy and Management + Environmental Policy and Management ‘The MPPM is an x8-month study programme that will commence on 27 December 2015, Students will spend 12 months in UBD and undertake their third semester (six months) in one ‘of UBD's partner policy schools in the United States, These institutions are McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University, Sanford School of Public Policy, Duke University, School of Public Policy at University of Maryland, and Goldman School of Public Policy at University of California, Berkeley. A study visit to Washington, D.C. will also be a key feature of the third semester. It will be a venue for students to meet representatives of policymaking institutions, policy think tanks, and non-profit sectors. Applicants are required to have at least five years of work experience and must have high leadership potential.
