Dear Ms Lobregat:

In behalf of my neighbors, I would like to complain on the irregular collection of

garbage on the street pavement of Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City. The irregular
collection causes the household garbage in plastic bags to be scattered on the
pavement of the main street Sta. Catalina. Some of these bags are dragged by the
street dogs causing trash to be exposed resulting to an awful smell. Residents
especially the commuters find this problem very irritating.

I Hope you take some actions regarding this.
