Building India 2022-A Human Resource

Super Power

Hope and Aspirations

India has lagged behind for several reasons in the

race for economic development. However, the
picture is not that dark for the future. I strongly
believe, if we are able to exploit and develop the
tremendous human resource of our nation, it is
inevitable, as never before ever witnessed, to
leap forward in the race for social and economic
development.

Building India 2022- A Human Resource Super

Power
Hope and Aspirations

What we need is skills development. However, it

is extremely essential to equip our youth with
right skills which make them productive citizens
of our society. Because, empowerment through
the acquisition of knowledge is the only way in
which those who have lagged behind in the race
for social and economic development can catch
up with the rest of the World and go beyond it.

Our Purpose, Promise,

Principles

Navkar in Hindi stands for New Work- This is the promise that we stand for towards the youth that it will skill,
whether under vocational skill curricula, or skilling programs at school, or through corporate training. The youth
skilled by this company will be able to get new and better jobs and will be able to create a new beginning for
themselves.
Navkar in numerology characterizes The Master Builder, Large Endeavors, Powerful Force and a Leader These are,
also, the characteristics and traits that this company commits to build for itself while fulfilling all stakeholder
commitments.

Purpose The task of skilling youth for employability is a large and

expansive journey. At Navkar, we are extremely clear that to build a
successful implementation engine, we need to join the dots build best in
class partnerships for the business model content, certification standards,
franchise partners, etc.
Promise We do understand that the task at hand is noble and has a larger
social impact in creating inclusive growth, As the same time, there has to be
a business model which allows for scale and profitability. Hence, Navkar is
an entity with a social heart and business mind. We will create employment
and enhancement opportunities for youth (largely accessing the rural and
semi-urban geographies) through skills, thereby contributing to enhancing
the quality of healthcare service delivery in India
Principles We dont want to be just a successful organization, but a
successful organization which is known and respected for its values by all
its stakeholders. Given the nature of the diverse stakeholders youth,
implementation partners, healthcare delivery system, government, foreign
partners, etc. we will create an eco-system where our employees, both
direct and partners, embody these values in all their interactions to create a
Navkar way!
