This is with reference to enquiry which we have inspected the site on the above cited
subject matter we are please to give below the competitive offer for our products under
the Dr. FIXIT banner for your kind perusal and needful action.

TERRACE: WATERPROOFING USED PRODUCT
DR.FIXIT NEWCOAT.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Prepare the surface
thoroughly by clening,washing and removing
dust,dirt,oil,grease and loose particles. Bitumen based
waterproofing treatments must be completely removed
by mechanical scrarification or by any other effective
mechanical means.
The existing terrace with brickbat coba or screeds,the
substrate must be checked for its soundness.Damaged
or hollow portions,sharp edges,etc.must be cut and
repaired with a polymer-modified screed.Surface
cracks must be filled with DR.FIXIT URP.
DR.FIXIT NEWCOAT APPLICATION:
(Elastomeric acrylic waterproof coating for
ROOFS&TERRACES).
Apply one coat of Dr.fixit Primeseal.allow it to dry for
2-3-hours.
Apply the first coat of Dr.fixit Newcoat and allow it to
dry before applying next coats.
The sequence of colours viz-aviz,WHITE,GREY,terracoata and White can be
decided depending on the desire top coat colour.
In case of only two colours are being used,ensure that
the colour of the first and third coat are the same.
Drying time among 3 coats should be 6 to 8 hours.

Ensure that the primer and the 3 coats of DR.FIXIT

NEWCOAT totally achieve a minimum thickness of
1mm DFT.
Allow the system to be cured naturally for minimum
7day.

2. Payment terms: 60% along with the work order,30%Progress of the work rest
after completion of work.
