HOW TO SET UP YOUR OUTLOOK

1. Click you outlook program under Microsoft Office Applications.

2. Window will appear. Click next

3. Email Accounts Window will appear. Tick the YES button and click NEXT

4. Auto Account Setup window will appear.


a. Check box Manual configure server settings or additional server types
b. Click Next

5. Window Email Service.


a. Tick the Internet Email
b. Click Next

6. Internet Email Settings.


a. Fill up the following information. Each Field is required.
i. Name
ii. Email Address ( Your Given Company Email Address)
iii. Account Type: IMAP
iv. Incoming mail server: mail.abc360.com.ph
v. Outgoing mail server: mail.abc360.com.ph
vi. Username: Your Given Company Email Address
vii. Password: Your unique password.
b. Check Remember Password.
c. DONT CLICK NEXT!!

7. Click more Settings.

8. Pop up Window Will Appear.


a. Go to Outgoing Server tab
b. Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
c. Click Ok.

9. Click the Test Account Button.

10. Test Account Setting Pop up window will appear.


a. You should see the status COMPLETED if not, go back from step 6 until 8 until you
succeed.
b. Click the Button Close.

11. Click Next button.

12. Click the Finish Button
