: assign the person who work extra job ( such as function, set up lobby bar )
Remarks : # take care buffet area refill plate
# need to cooperate with kitchen to refill some food item & juice
# assign Bus boy or trainee to clean the urgent need item
# cover and recheck two station are neat.

: take care food name tag (breakfast & lunch)
: take care all of flower decoration in dinning room and entrance area.
: ensure that enough napkin
: re-check table set-up
Remarks : # ensure greeting and seating all guest ( " good morning madam/sir how are you, this way please " )
# no need to ask coffee & tea to guest, after guest seating just say " enjoy your breakfast " and smile
# ensure to say thank you and good bye all guest ( "have a nice day or have a nice trip" )

Responsibility : Service & more attention all guest in area by follow up the sequence
1. Service coffee or tea (by decanter)
2. Clear (some dirty plate and table by tray)

4. Set (re-setup the table by tray)
Remarks : # Make sure all guest in respond area were satisfied.
# Make sure all dirty plate on tray are neat
# Make sure table setup up-to standard and in place (flower vase, milk, sugar, ashtray, salt & pepper )

Responsibility : Service & more attention all guest in area by follow up the sequence

Remarks : # Make sure prepare cutlery on tray always full and place on the back counter.
# Make sure prepare welcome drink and cold towel before lunch time
