A first prize competition winning entry of Master

plan for a mixed land-use project spread over 100
acres of land. It includes a convention center as the
prime use, an exhibition center, arts & crafts center,
business hotel and shopping facilities all arranged
around a fair ground, garden courts and central
processional plaza. A resort hotel set amidst a 9 hole
golf course is also planned. The phase two is
residential and office development.
